If you enjoy the adrenalin rush of fast-flowing singletrack, the thrill of leaning hard into big berms and the anticipation of big kickers, the SingleTrack MIPS Helmet ensures you have confidence in your head protection should you hit the ground unexpectedly.

In the event of a crash and head impact, a foam core soaks up and dissipates damaging forces that would otherwise cause injury. This protective core is fused to a burly outer shell, fending off the knocks and bumps from trail overgrowth, as well as adding durability for the knockabout life of a mountain bike lid.

Koroyd Technology Engineered Protection

The SingleTrack MIPS also features Koroyd protection in higher impact areas. this extra line of protection improves performance in the event of a crash. Thousands of co-polymer extruded tubes are thermally welded to create a consistent and fully engineered energy absorption system. These cores plastically deform for higher speed impacts, absorbing energy linearly. Up to 84% of the material thickness can be utilised in case of an accident. Existing energy absorbers densify around 60%.

MIPS (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) 

The Mips system is designed to provide added safety for helmets in many accidents. For certain impacts, the Mips system can reduce harmful rotational motion that might otherwise be transferred to the user’s head.

Rotational motion is a common cause of concussions in oblique hits to the head. In a crash, the Mips system is designed to move slightly inside the helmet to help redirect forces away from the head.

Cool and Comfortable

While offering awesome protection in the event of a crash, the SingleTrack MIPS is supremely comfortable when you’re on the bike and staying upright. With its dial adjustment, you can always get the perfect fit. And of course, a good fit means a secure helmet to, just what you need if and when you crash.

Inside, you’ll also find quick-wicking and quick-drying pads. On sweat-inducing uphills and thrilling downhills, these pads ensure you’re not soaked in sweat.

Airflow is also optimised for cool comfort. Large vents, including an upper ‘air intake’ zone, keep fresh air circulating and allow damp air to escape. And if you wear goggles, then a rear gripper will keep your goggle strap firmly in place over any terrain.
