The Hardbody shell sees the tough outer shell extend to the inner side of the helmet, significantly enhancing the helmet’s durability. The in-mould construction fuses this tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet’s impact-absorbing foam liner. This fusion process allows Giro to increase ventilation while maintaining excellent levels of strength and protection and at the same time decreasing weight.
