Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition (unused, unworn, with tags attached)
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Body Armour (once removed from packaging)
  • Helmets (due to safety regulations)
  • Saddles (hygiene reasons)
  • Any personalized or custom-ordered items

Please choose carefully when ordering these items as we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

3. Package and Ship Your Return

4. Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Specify the replacement item in your request
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  4. Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
