Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to serve our global cycling community:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Note: We currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium cycling products, but understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our straightforward policy makes the process simple.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition (with tags attached)
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Body Armour (once removed from packaging)
  • Helmets (due to safety regulations)
  • Saddles (hygiene reasons)
  • Any personalized or custom-ordered items

Exception: We’ll gladly accept returns of non-returnable items if they arrive damaged or defective – please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return

    • Product name and reason for return
    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
    • Shipping address
  2. Receive Return Authorization

    Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

    • Return authorization number
    • Shipping instructions
    • Prepaid return label (for defective/wrong items)
  3. Package and Ship Your Return

    Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and accessories. Include the completed return form from your order.

  4. Processing Your Return

    We’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you via email about the status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refund method and timing:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Specify the replacement item in your request
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  • Any price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement
